What Is a User Meeting?

Networking, opportunities and fun

A meeting of industry professionals who work in the bearing and power transmission sectors, allowing them to network and socialise with hundreds of global distributor companies and manufacturers in one central location.

What does it include?

  • A Welcome Reception to break the ice on the first day, giving you the chance to catch up with old friends and meet new people in the industry.
  • Access to hundreds of attendee details alongside our meeting planner so you can plan the event in your own way.
  • Two full networking days to book meetings with fellow distributor and manufacturer members. This includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
  • A Farewell Dinner to celebrate a successful few days of networking, including a buffet style dinner, games, a quiz, music, and lots of laughs.

FAQs

What is BearingNetworking?
Put simply, its business speed dating! With distributors from around the world all in one room, you have three days to meet as many of them as possible. Every company has their own table so you can easily find them and allows you to host meetings in your very own space.
Can I bring promotional material?
We have lots of sponsorship options available to suit your budget. Contact aniaw@bearingnet.net to find out what’s available.
Do I need to book meetings?
A meeting planner will be available six weeks before the meeting, you can see when companies are free and book a 20 minute slot with them. If you would prefer to keep it casual you can just indicate you want to meet them at some point.
What if I am unable to attend?
Don’t worry, if you can’t make the meeting you can substitute another attendee or you can cancel free of charge a month prior to the meeting!
