Wanted

Introduction

If you have tried searching for a part and you still can’t find it or you need a larger quantity order then the Wanted page is the next best place to list parts you need to source. To get to this page, either click on the menu heading “Wanted”. Other companies look at the wanted page and if they can supply the products listed, then they will contact you directly. All items are automatically deleted after 14 days.

You can also browse this page to see if you can help supply parts other companies are having trouble locating.

When you view the Wanted page, the table displays the most recent additions at the top. The table can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column headings.

Adding an Item to the Wanted Page

To add an item to the wanted page click on the ‘Add’ button in the Wanted Items box or go to the bottom of the page where the ‘Add Wanted Item’ box is displayed.

Enter the part number, brand, and quantity that you require and select the product type for the part. Once complete, click on the OK button. The page is redisplayed with the item that you added at the top. You can delete any of your wanted items by clicking on the ‘Delete’ button.

To view a list of your wanted items, go to ‘Your Account’ and then select ‘Wanted items’ in the Company Inventory box in the lefthand menu. To return to the Wanted Page, click ‘Wanted’ in the main menu at the top of the page.

Wanted Search

To search for items on the wanted page, click on the Search button. Enter the part number and/or brand and remember that the less detail entered, the more results found. For example, to view all NU bearings that have been entered into the wanted page, enter NU in the Search terms box and click on OK. All the part numbers that have NU somewhere in the part number are displayed. You can refine your search further by using the brand and country pull down menu.
